Welcome to the Music page. All of my music so far has been created using a Playstation (yes you heard right) and Music 2000 by Codemasters. Although it's not many musicians first choice in software it happens to be rather cheap and there-in lies the main reason I use it. All of my current tunes are remixes of C64 classics from days of retro. Both are originally by Rob Hubbard who remains the best Sid composer of all time.
Having said that, I have just invested in some serious software (Fruity Loops) and I hope this will improve my composition skills and musical results.
Delta PSX Mix
This is the main title opening music and has since been covered by various remix artists numerous times. Looking back at it, there are some things i'd change (like the distortion), but at the time it was difficult to judge having only a portable TV as my primary speaker :)
Knucklebusters PSX Mix
Now this is some tune. Not the title score, but the main in-game theme which pans out at an incredible 17 minutes long. I don't think anyone has attempted a full version of this tune and since it was a favorite of mine I just couldn't resist. All in all I'm pretty pleased with it. The pitchbends were a bugger to duplicate but hopefully I've added my own touch to this classic.
